目的:探讨联合抗阻-有氧运动对糖尿病前期人群胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法筛选符合糖尿病前期诊断人群168例,采用随机数字表法分为联合抗阻-有氧运动组42例、抗阻运动组41例、有氧运动组42例、对照组43例,以不同的运动方式对糖尿病前期人群进行24周的运动干预后,评价四组人群运动干预前后胰岛素抵抗指数变化情况。结果干预24周后,三组运动组人群的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOM A‐IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、血脂四项改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且联合抗阻有氧运动组改善效果优于单一运动组(P<0.05)。结论联合抗阻-有氧运动有利于降低糖尿病前期人群胰岛素抵抗、提高胰岛素敏感性、改善血脂。

목적:탐토연합항조-유양운동대당뇨병전기인군이도소저항적영향。방법사선부합당뇨병전기진단인군168례,채용수궤수자표법분위연합항조-유양운동조42례、항조운동조41례、유양운동조42례、대조조43례,이불동적운동방식대당뇨병전기인군진행24주적운동간예후,평개사조인군운동간예전후이도소저항지수변화정황。결과간예24주후,삼조운동조인군적이도소저항지수(HOM A‐IR)、이도소민감지수(ISI)、혈지사항개선효과균명현우우대조조(P<0.05),차연합항조유양운동조개선효과우우단일운동조(P<0.05)。결론연합항조-유양운동유리우강저당뇨병전기인군이도소저항、제고이도소민감성、개선혈지。
Objective To explore the effects of combined resistance and aerobic exercise on insulin resistance for patients with pre‐diabetes .Method A total of 168 patients with pre‐diabetes were randomly divided into 4 groups:combined resistance and aerobic exercise group (42 cases) ,resistance exercise group (41 cases) ,aerobic exercise group (42 cases) and control group (43 cases) .24 weeks of different sports was used for pre‐diabetes to evaluate re‐sistance insulin index changes before and after exercise intervention .Result After 24 weeks of exercise intervention , motion resistance index (HOMA‐IR) ,insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and blood lipid in the exercise groups were bet‐ter than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The index in combined resistance and aerobic exercise group was also better than that in single exercise group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combined resistance and aerobic exercise helps re‐duce pre‐diabetic insulin resistance and improve insulin sensitivity and blood lipids .
