高职医学生参加社区志愿者服务对提高专业实践能力有重要意义。但现实中仍存在志愿者流动性强，服务呈打游击形式，资金、设备严重不足，志愿者缺乏临床培训等问题。通过加强领导，建设校内外逐层合作的组织机制；细化制度建设，多途径宣传；加强协会建设，创建“两性三化”社区服务项目；创建多维考评机制，对志愿者服务效果进行测评等来构建志愿者服务常态化机制。

It is good for to improve professional ability for medical school students to take part in community volunteer service. But there are many problems in practice, such as the high fluidity of volunteers and service stations, the lack of money, equipments and clinical training. Normalized mechanism for volunteer service can be established through strengthening the leadership and the con?struction of association, building cooperative organizational mechanism, refining the system, advertising in many ways, building a high level community service project, and a multidimensional evaluation mechanism.
