针对配电线路鸟害问题，对输电线路常用防治鸟害方法的优缺点进行深入分析，结合配电线路特点及其鸟类的生活习性，设计了一种新型防鸟害装置—防鸟伞裙，并在配电线路推广应用。应用结果表明：防鸟伞裙具有驱鸟和防鸟害双重特性，成功解决了配电线路的鸟害隐患，具有良好的工程实用价值。
針對配電線路鳥害問題，對輸電線路常用防治鳥害方法的優缺點進行深入分析，結閤配電線路特點及其鳥類的生活習性，設計瞭一種新型防鳥害裝置—防鳥傘裙，併在配電線路推廣應用。應用結果錶明：防鳥傘裙具有驅鳥和防鳥害雙重特性，成功解決瞭配電線路的鳥害隱患，具有良好的工程實用價值。
침대배전선로조해문제，대수전선로상용방치조해방법적우결점진행심입분석，결합배전선로특점급기조류적생활습성，설계료일충신형방조해장치—방조산군，병재배전선로추엄응용。응용결과표명：방조산군구유구조화방조해쌍중특성，성공해결료배전선로적조해은환，구유량호적공정실용개치。
Aiming at the problem of bird damage for distribution line, deeply analyzes the advantage and disadvantages of common methods of bird damage prevention in power transmission lines,combining with the characteristic of distribution line and living habits of the birds,designs a kind of new type device of bird damage prevention—umbrella skirt against the birds,and promotes and applies on distribution lines. The application result shows that the device of umbrella skirt against the bird has double characteristics of to drive away the bird and to prevent the bird damage, successfully can solve the hidden trouble of bird damage on distribution line,and has practical value on engineering.
