针对某600 MW机组自动发电控制(Automatic Generator Control,AGC)运行异常,导致给煤量、给水流量和主汽压力大幅度波动,影响锅炉的安全稳定运行的问题,从磨煤机进出口差压、热风门开度、一次风压值及一次风压调节等方面进行了分析,提出处理措施。分析结果表明:机组AGC控制异常的主要原因是一次风量偏小、磨煤机调节能力差所导致的风煤比偏离了设计值,引发锅炉燃烧不稳定。

Aiming at the problem of the Automatic Generator Control (AGC)running abnormality for 600 MW unit,leads to the operating parameters wide fluctuations such as the coal feed rate, the water feed rate and the main steam pressure,influences the safe and steady operation of the boiler,analyzes the inlet and outlet pressure differential of the pulverizer,the hot air port opening degree,the primary air pressure value and the primary air pressure regulation,etc.,puts forward treatment measures. The analysis result shows that the main cause AGC abnormality of the unit is that small of primary air volume and poor of pulverizer adjustment ability leads coal-air ratio to deviate the design value,and results in the boiler combustion unsteadiness.
