目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸与脑出血预后程度的相关性。方法选取脑出血患者80例。入院2周后将所有患者按照美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分结果均分为对照组和试验组(n=40)。比较2组患者入院时血液中的同型半胱氨酸水平,并进行统计学的处理分析。结果试验组患者的血液中同型半胱氨酸的水平(19.87±6.60)μmol/L明显高于对照组(13.68±5.35)μmol/L(P<0.05)。患者病程越发严重,血液中同型半胱氨酸水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血的预后程度与血液中同型半胱氨酸水平具有相关性,患者血液中同型半胱氨酸的水平估测患者的脑出血发展过程,制订相关的治疗计划,对脑出血疾病的治疗恢复具有深远的影响。

목적:탐토동형반광안산여뇌출혈예후정도적상관성。방법선취뇌출혈환자80례。입원2주후장소유환자안조미국국립위생연구원졸중량표(NIHSS)평분결과균분위대조조화시험조(n=40)。비교2조환자입원시혈액중적동형반광안산수평,병진행통계학적처리분석。결과시험조환자적혈액중동형반광안산적수평(19.87±6.60)μmol/L명현고우대조조(13.68±5.35)μmol/L(P<0.05)。환자병정월발엄중,혈액중동형반광안산수평월고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론뇌출혈적예후정도여혈액중동형반광안산수평구유상관성,환자혈액중동형반광안산적수평고측환자적뇌출혈발전과정,제정상관적치료계화,대뇌출혈질병적치료회복구유심원적영향。
Objective To discuss the renlationship of homocysteine and the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected. All of the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the result of the United States national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) score. The experimental group had 40 cases of patients,the control group had 40 cases of patients. The level of homocysteine in the blood of two groups of patients admitted to hospital were compared, and carries on the statistical analysis of the process. Results The blood levels of homocysteine in patients of the experimental group had signiifcantly higher than the control group, and the course of the disease in patients with more serious, the higher the concentration of homocysteine in the blood, the difference had statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion Degree of the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage is associated with homocysteine levels in the blood, to estimate in homocysteine levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage development process is related to the treatment plan, it has a profound effect on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disease recovery.
