P2X7受体(P2X7R)是P2X家族受体的一员,分布于多种组织,参与细胞信号转导、炎症反应等多种生理功能.传统普遍认为,P2X7R是细胞毒性核苷酸受体的典型代表.近来,大量研究结果却证实,P2X7R还具有促进细胞增殖活性.P2X7R表达及功能异常与多种实体瘤及血液系统肿瘤相关.阐明P2X7R在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用对肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后评估起重要的作用.

P2X7 receptor(P2X7R),a member of P2X receptors,is distributed to many tissues and plays an important role in cell signaling transduction,inflammatory reaction and so on.In the past,the P2X7R is often taken as an epitome of cytotoxic receptors.Over the years,numerous experiments have led us to adopt a new view,that P2X7R is a growth-promoting receptor.The abnormal expression and function of P2X7R are closely related to many solid tumors and hematological neoplasms.Thus,the better understanding of P2X7R in cancer opens promising perspectives for the diagnosis,treatments and prognostic evaluation of neoplasms.
