针对某发电公司锅炉电袋除尘器滤袋破损失效的问题,从容克式空气预器出口烟气温度场分布、NOx的生成、热工测量回路、喷吹管路腐蚀、除尘器检修等方面进行了分析,提出了针对性的解决措施。分析结果表明:烟气温度过高、烟气中NOx含量过高和喷吹压力过高是造成滤袋破损失效的主要原因。
針對某髮電公司鍋爐電袋除塵器濾袋破損失效的問題,從容剋式空氣預器齣口煙氣溫度場分佈、NOx的生成、熱工測量迴路、噴吹管路腐蝕、除塵器檢脩等方麵進行瞭分析,提齣瞭針對性的解決措施。分析結果錶明:煙氣溫度過高、煙氣中NOx含量過高和噴吹壓力過高是造成濾袋破損失效的主要原因。
침대모발전공사과로전대제진기려대파손실효적문제,종용극식공기예기출구연기온도장분포、NOx적생성、열공측량회로、분취관로부식、제진기검수등방면진행료분석,제출료침대성적해결조시。분석결과표명:연기온도과고、연기중NOx함량과고화분취압력과고시조성려대파손실효적주요원인。
Aiming at the problem of filtering bag breakage and failure of boiler electrostatic fabric filter in a power generation company, analyzes from the following aspects:outlet flue gas temperature field distribution form revolving air preheater,the production of NOx,the circuit of the thermal measurement,the corrosion of spray torch,the overhaul of filter,etc.,puts forward a pointed solution. The analysis result shows that the main causes of filtering bag breakage are the flue gas temperature on the high side,the content of NOx in the flue gas on the high side and the pressure of spray torch on the high side.
