目的 探讨切断阴部神经建立女性压力性尿失禁动物模型的可行性.方法 选取健康雌性青春期大鼠40只 ,随机分为阴部内神经切断组、对照组各20只 ,所有样本均进行喷嚏试验、腹部漏尿点压力检测及尿道组织学检查.结果 阴部内神经切断组腹部漏尿点压力比手术对照组降低、喷嚏试验阳性 ;HE染色及免疫组化试验均为阳性.对照组喷嚏试验阴性.压力性尿失禁模型建立成功率为85% .结论 切断阴部神经建立女性压力性尿失禁大鼠模型是可行的 ,在模型的制作中组织学检查提供了可靠的病理学基础.

Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing animal model of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) by bi-lateral transection of the pudendal nerve .Methods A total of 40 healthy female WT rats were randomly divided into two groups ,bilateral pudendal nerve transection group (PNT group , n= 20) ,and control group (n= 20) .Bilateral pudendal nerves were transected in the PNT group ,and isolated in the control group .The sneeze test ,abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) test and histological examination were performed in all animals .Results The maximum capacity and ALPP of the PNT group were less than those of the control group .The sneeze test was positive in the PNT group while negative in control group .Both HE staining and immunohistochemistry examination were positive in the PNT group .The success rate of SUI ani-mal model was 85% .Conclusion It is feasible and reproducible to establish rat models of SUI ,but the workload is rather large .Histological examination can provide solid evidence for the successful establishment of SUI animal models .
