目的：分析米索前列醇联合宫内节育器（IUD）推杆用于绝经后取器困难的临床疗效。方法选取绝经后取器困难患者172例，随机均分2组（n=86）。A组采用米索前列醇治疗，B组采用米索前列醇联合宫内节育器推杆治疗，比较2组患者的取器情况。结果 B组患者术中宫颈软化总有效率（90%）明显优于A组患者宫颈软化总有效率（78%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；B组取环成功率（100%）明显优于A组取环成功率（80%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论米索前列醇联合宫内节育器推杆，能较好解决绝经宫颈萎缩，宫口粘连，探针探宫困难无法取器的问题。米索前列醇软化宫颈，宫内节育器推杆辅助扩宫，两者结合适合临床推广应用。
목적：분석미색전렬순연합궁내절육기（IUD）추간용우절경후취기곤난적림상료효。방법선취절경후취기곤난환자172례，수궤균분2조（n=86）。A조채용미색전렬순치료，B조채용미색전렬순연합궁내절육기추간치료，비교2조환자적취기정황。결과 B조환자술중궁경연화총유효솔（90%）명현우우A조환자궁경연화총유효솔（78%），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；B조취배성공솔（100%）명현우우A조취배성공솔（80%），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론미색전렬순연합궁내절육기추간，능교호해결절경궁경위축，궁구점련，탐침탐궁곤난무법취기적문제。미색전렬순연화궁경，궁내절육기추간보조확궁，량자결합괄합림상추엄응용。
