With the progress of gastric cancer study, researchers found that splenic hilar lymph nodes metastasis is related with prognosis, the diagnosis and treatment become one of the hot pot of research. This paper summarized the risk factors for the past five years of advanced gastric splenic hilar lymph node metastasis and the dissection type of splenectomy and spleen-preserving.
