目的:评价彩超定位监测体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石的价值。方法选择彩超定位监测体外冲击波碎石治疗的单侧单发输尿管结石患者876例,观察其治疗效果,分析彩超定位监测的临床价值。结果彩超定位后体外冲击波碎石,初碎治愈率95.78%(839/876)、石街率3.88%(34/876)、无效率0.34%(3/876),1周后复查彩超,并对初碎形成石街和无效者复碎,总治愈率99.77%(874/876)、总无效率0.23%(2/876)。结论准确的彩超定位及碎石后的彩超监测可提高体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石的治疗效果,具有重要的临床价值。

목적:평개채초정위감측체외충격파쇄석치료수뇨관결석적개치。방법선택채초정위감측체외충격파쇄석치료적단측단발수뇨관결석환자876례,관찰기치료효과,분석채초정위감측적림상개치。결과채초정위후체외충격파쇄석,초쇄치유솔95.78%(839/876)、석가솔3.88%(34/876)、무효솔0.34%(3/876),1주후복사채초,병대초쇄형성석가화무효자복쇄,총치유솔99.77%(874/876)、총무효솔0.23%(2/876)。결론준학적채초정위급쇄석후적채초감측가제고체외충격파쇄석치료수뇨관결석적치료효과,구유중요적림상개치。
[Abstact]Objective To assess the value of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) monitored by color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of ureteral calculus.Methods The clinical data of 876 patients with one-side single ureteral calculus treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy monitored by color Doppler ultrasound were reviewed and analysed. Observing the therapeutic effects, and analyzing the clinical application value of location monitoring by color Doppler ultrasound.Results Among 876 cases, the one-time cure rate of ESWL monitored by color Doppler ultrasound is 95.78%(839/876),rate of resulting in steinstrasse is 3.88% (34/876), the inwalid rate is 0.34%(3/876). Re-examing patients with color Doppler ultrasound one week later, and taking lithotripsy again tothe patients who are resulted in steinstrasse and invalid after thefirst-time lithotripsy. The total cure rate is 99.77%(874/876), and total invalid rate is 0.23%(2/876).Conclusion That the accurate color Doppler ultrasound location and color Doppler ultrasound monitoring after ESWL can improve the effect of ESWL which was used in the treatment of ureteral calculus, and have significant clinical value.
