目的：观察穴位按摩结合热熨对缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿痛的效果。方法将60例符合入组标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采取冬青膏涂抹穴位按摩结合热熨的方法进行护理；对照组仅涂抹冬青膏进行热熨治疗，应用JOA下腰痛评定表，直线视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行护理前后疗效评价。结果观察组有效率为96．7％，对照组有效率为73．3％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论穴位按摩结合热熨对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛的缓解效果显著，可供临床推广。
목적：관찰혈위안마결합열의대완해요추간반돌출증환자요퇴통적효과。방법장60례부합입조표준적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，관찰조채취동청고도말혈위안마결합열의적방법진행호리；대조조부도말동청고진행열의치료，응용JOA하요통평정표，직선시각모의평분법（VAS）진행호리전후료효평개。결과관찰조유효솔위96．7％，대조조유효솔위73．3％，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론혈위안마결합열의대요추간반돌출증환자동통적완해효과현저，가공림상추엄。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of relieving the lowback pain for patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by points acupressure combined with hot iron .Method 60 patients whose diagnosis is Lumbar Disc Hernination were randomly divided into two groups .The experimental group was 30 patients and was applied with point massage and hot ironing for nursing treatment .30 patients in control group was given holly ointment treatment only .The scores of VAS and M -JOA were used to evaluate the curative effect before and after nursing . Result Based on three kinds of standards ,the effective rate for the experimental group was 96 .7% ,the effective rate of control group was 73 .3% ,There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Point massage with hot ironing on pain areas for patients with lumbar disc herniation remission can play a significant effect and be valuable for clinical application .
