目的:探讨院校联合在高职护理专业中开设《静脉治疗护理》选修课的效果。方法以行业标准《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》为理论构架,制订课程标准,由医院静脉输液治疗小组核心成员组成教学团队,选择50名高职院校护理专业大学二年级学生实施。比较课程开设前后理论与操作考核成绩。课程结束后,调查护生对教学组织的满意度及教学效果的认同度。结果课程开设前后比较,护生静脉治疗护理理论知识及实践技能得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生对教学组织满意度及教学效果认同度高。结论在高职护理教育中引入静脉治疗专科护理课程具有重要意义。该课程的开设提升了护生职业胜任力,搭建了高职护理学生专科护理教育的平台,为学生向专科型护士发展奠定了基础。

Objective To evaluate the effects of elective course on intravenous therapy and care with the coopera‐tion between hospital and vocational college ,therapy and care with the cooperation between hospital and vocational college .Method Set up the elective referenced industrial standard of “Intravenous therapy nursing technical opera‐tion” ,and make up teaching team from core members of hospital intravenous infusion treatment group .50 sopho‐more nursing students were recruited and took the elective .Result The students’performance for theory exam and skill test after taking the elective courses were significantly higher than before selection of the course(P<0 .05) . Those attending course was approved effect by teaching organization .Conclusion The elective course on intravenous therapy and care was importance in vocational nursing education ,which promotes nursing students’ professional competence .Set up platform for vocational students’ specialist care education .
