为研究冷发射平台垂直弹射响应特性,基于发射平台系统结构建立了全行程刚度突变的多级油缸等效力学模型和考虑预压量的适配器动摩擦力学模型,对车身进行柔性处理,建立了考虑场坪坡度的六自由度1/2冷发射平台弹射动力学物理模型和振动方程,其中包含起竖系统、导弹-发射筒系统以及发射车-地面系统。研究了适配器刚度、液压支腿刚度及场坪坡度对冷发射平台弹射响应特性的影响,研究结果可为冷发射平台的结构优化设计和发射场坪的选择提供参考。

In order to study the vertical launching response characteristics of the cold launch platform,the multistage cylinder equivalent mechanical model with full stroke mutation stiffness and the dynamic friction model of the absorber pad with preload amount are built based on the structure of the launch platform. The physical model and the mathematical model for the six DOFs half vertical launch platform are built based on the flexible vehicle in consideration of the launch site slope consisting of the erecting system, the missile-tube system and the vehicle-ground system. The influence of the absorber pad stiffness, the hydraulic leg stiffness and the launch site slope on the platform response characteristic is studied. The results provide theoretical references for the optimization design of the platform and the selection of the launch site.
