由于就业压力的存在,当前高等师范教育的侧重点主要在于技术的教授与学习,以加强劳动力对于市场的多元适应. 观念与方法的教育基本处于边缘状态. 社会对于基础教育又提出了加强受教育者创造能力的要求,这一要求对以掌握各种技术为主的师范生提出了具体挑战.

Because of the pressure of employment, the present normal education is focused on teaching and learning technics to meet the various need of the work force market.Ideas and methods cultivating are on the edge of the field.Therefore, the society needs the individuals to have creative ability after they finished the fundamental education.This presents the main challenge to the teachers just involved in the technics when they received normal education in school.
