目的：评价腔内隔绝术（EVGE）治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层(AD)的价值及临床意义。方法对2012年11月至2015年1月CT主动脉血管成像（CTA）诊断为Stanford B型主动脉夹层的15例患者，行EVGE治疗，总结EVGE治疗疗效。结果15例Stanford B型主动脉夹层中，单纯行EVGE治疗共植入支架18枚，支架释放成功率100%，造影复查15例无明显渗漏或支架移位，术后无死亡病例，1例术后出现急性肾功能损伤，所有患者回访2个月-2年（平均14个月）患者生存质量较好，1例远期出现脑梗死，其余14例无相关并发症。结论 EVGE治疗Stanford B型AD是一种简便、安全疗效好的方法。
목적：평개강내격절술（EVGE）치료Stanford B형주동맥협층(AD)적개치급림상의의。방법대2012년11월지2015년1월CT주동맥혈관성상（CTA）진단위Stanford B형주동맥협층적15례환자，행EVGE치료，총결EVGE치료료효。결과15례Stanford B형주동맥협층중，단순행EVGE치료공식입지가18매，지가석방성공솔100%，조영복사15례무명현삼루혹지가이위，술후무사망병례，1례술후출현급성신공능손상，소유환자회방2개월-2년（평균14개월）환자생존질량교호，1례원기출현뇌경사，기여14례무상관병발증。결론 EVGE치료Stanford B형AD시일충간편、안전료효호적방법。
Objective To assess value of endovascular graft exelusion (EVGE) in the treatment of Stanford type B aortic dis-section(AD). Methods On January 2012 to January 2015,15 Stanford type B AD cases diagnosed by CTA were treated by EVGE, To evaluate the therapeutic effect of EVGE. Results In the 15 cases of Stanford type B AD,18 stents were implanted with 100%stent release success rate. No obvious leaka-ge in all 15 cases by postoperative examination ,and no death case occurred. Acute renal failure occurred in 1case afier the operation. Brain infarction in 1case was occurred 3 months after EVGE. No complications were observed in future follw-up. Conclusion EVGE is an effective and safe method for the treatment of Stanford type B AD.
