目的：探讨3种乙型肝炎病毒携带者肝纤维化程度的差异，为评估预后提供参考。方法：将114例乙肝病毒携带者分组为：乙肝抗原（HBeAg）阳性 HBV DNA 阳性携带者（A 组）、HBeAg 阴性 HBV DNA 阴性携带者（B组）、HBeAg 阴性 HBV DNA 阳性携带者（C 组）。使用 fibroscan 对乙型肝炎病毒携带者进行肝脏硬度值（LSM）检测，评估3组肝脏硬度值的差异。结果：A 组与 B 组，B 组与 C 组的肝脏硬度值有显著性差异，A 组与 C 组的肝脏硬度值无显著性差异。结论：说明 HBV DNA 阳性的携带者无论 HBeAg 是否阳性其肝脏硬度值均比 HBV DNA 阴性的携带者增高。

목적：탐토3충을형간염병독휴대자간섬유화정도적차이，위평고예후제공삼고。방법：장114례을간병독휴대자분조위：을간항원（HBeAg）양성 HBV DNA 양성휴대자（A 조）、HBeAg 음성 HBV DNA 음성휴대자（B조）、HBeAg 음성 HBV DNA 양성휴대자（C 조）。사용 fibroscan 대을형간염병독휴대자진행간장경도치（LSM）검측，평고3조간장경도치적차이。결과：A 조여 B 조，B 조여 C 조적간장경도치유현저성차이，A 조여 C 조적간장경도치무현저성차이。결론：설명 HBV DNA 양성적휴대자무론 HBeAg 시부양성기간장경도치균비 HBV DNA 음성적휴대자증고。
Aim:To investigate the difference of liver fibrosis degree in three groups of hepatitis B vi-rus carriers.Methods:114 hepatitis B virus carriers were randomly divided into three groups:A group was positive for HBeAg and positive for HBV DNA;B group was negative for HBeAg and positive for HBV DNA;C group was negative for HBeAg and negative for HBV DNA.Three groups hepatitis B virus carri-ers were examined liver stiffness measurement (LSM)by Fibroscan.Results:There were significant difference in liver stiffness measurements between A group and B group,also between B group and C group,but no significant difference between A group and C group.Conclusion:Liver stiffness measure-ments of hepatitis B virus carriers with positive for HBV DNA were markedly higher than those with nega-tive for HBV DNA,whether HBeAg was positive or not.
