溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病，近年亚洲UC的发病率显著升高，虽然其发病机制尚未明确，但现有的研究表明该疾病的发生受到遗传、环境和免疫等多因素共同影响。近年发现白细胞介素-33（interleukin 33，IL-33）在UC患者肠黏膜和血清中有异常表达，表明IL-33可能与UC的发生发展有密切的关系。现就IL-33在UC中所起的作用作一综述。
궤양성결장염（UC）시일충만성비특이성장도염증성질병，근년아주UC적발병솔현저승고，수연기발병궤제상미명학，단현유적연구표명해질병적발생수도유전、배경화면역등다인소공동영향。근년발현백세포개소-33（interleukin 33，IL-33）재UC환자장점막화혈청중유이상표체，표명IL-33가능여UC적발생발전유밀절적관계。현취IL-33재UC중소기적작용작일종술。
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory colon disease, the incidence of UC in Asia has increased significantly in recent years. Although the pathogenesis of UC is not yet clear, the existing researches suggest that the occurrence of the disease is affected by genetic, environmental and immune factors etc. Besides, abnormal expression of IL-33 in intestinal mucosa and serum in UC patients have been found in recent years, which indicated that IL-33 may play an important role in the development of UC. In this article, the roles of IL-33 in UC were summarized.
