教师学习具备很强的情境性,当教师在真实的专业实践中面对情境复杂性和不确定性时,目前的培训并不能完全有效地对他们进行指导。阿吉里斯和舍恩建立的“使用理论模型”可以帮助解决这一问题,模型中提出的双路径学习能帮助教师厘清专业实践中的困境,并帮助他们尝试突破来自自身与环境的限制。该文以此为理论基础,并借助Moodle平台,构建了全国中小学教师交互式电子白板网络培训课程,以促进教师在教学中合理有效地使用信息技术。通过对课程的实施发现:提问质疑、共同设计、情感表达三种途径可以催化双路径学习的发生。

Teachers’ learning has strong situationality. When teachers face the complexity and uncertainty of the situation in the real professional practice, the current trainings cannot guide them effectively. The theory-in-use model established by Argyris and Schon can help to solve this problem. Besides, the double-loop learning proposed in this model can help teachers to clarify dilemmas in the professional practice and try to break through the restriction of themselves and the environment. This paper uses theory-in-use model as the theoretical basis and establishes an e-training course on interactive electronic whiteboard for National K-12 in China based on the Moodle platform. During process of implementing this course, this paper indicates that the asking questions, designing together and expressing feelings can generate the double-loop learning and make it happen.
