目的：观察他汀降脂联合低蛋白饮食治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效以及对体内炎症因子的影响。方法：选取74例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组仅使用低蛋白饮食治疗，观察组使用他汀类降脂药联合低蛋白饮食治疗。观察比较两组患者 UAER 和血清 TNF －α、hs －CRP、SCr 水平变化。结果：两组患者体内 UAER 及血清 TNF －α、hs －CRP 水平均较正常值明显升高（P ＞0．05）；对照组患者治疗后 UAER 水平明显下降（P ＜0．05），体内 TNF －α、hs －CRP 水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗后 UAER 及体内 TNF －α、hs －CRP 水平均明显下降（P ＜0．05），SCr 未见升高（P ＞0．05）。结论：他汀类降脂药联合低蛋白饮食治疗早期糖尿病肾病可以有效降低患者体内炎症因子水平，缓解患者蛋白尿症状，保护肾功能，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰타정강지연합저단백음식치료조기당뇨병신병적료효이급대체내염증인자적영향。방법：선취74례조기당뇨병신병환자작위연구대상，분위대조조화관찰조각37례。대조조부사용저단백음식치료，관찰조사용타정류강지약연합저단백음식치료。관찰비교량조환자 UAER 화혈청 TNF －α、hs －CRP、SCr 수평변화。결과：량조환자체내 UAER 급혈청 TNF －α、hs －CRP 수평균교정상치명현승고（P ＞0．05）；대조조환자치료후 UAER 수평명현하강（P ＜0．05），체내 TNF －α、hs －CRP 수평여치료전비교차이무통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자치료후 UAER 급체내 TNF －α、hs －CRP 수평균명현하강（P ＜0．05），SCr 미견승고（P ＞0．05）。결론：타정류강지약연합저단백음식치료조기당뇨병신병가이유효강저환자체내염증인자수평，완해환자단백뇨증상，보호신공능，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of statins and low protein diet on early diabetic nephropathy,especially on inflammato-ry factors.Methods 74 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group was only treated with low protein diet,and the observation group was treated with statins and low protein diet.UAER and serum TNF -α, hs -CRP,SCr of two groups were observated.Results The level of UAER and serum TNF -α,hs -CRP of two groups were signifi-cantly higher than normal (P >0.05).UAER levels of the control group significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05),but TNF alpha and hs -CRP levels had no statistical difference after treatment (P <0.05).UAER and serum TNF -α,hs -CRP levels signif-icantly decreased after treatment in observation group (P <0.05),the level of SCr had no obvious difference (P >0.05).Conclu-sion s Early diabetic nephropathy treated by statins and low protein diet can effectively reduce the inflammatory factor levels and allevi-ate the proteinuria.
