由于硝酸铵吸湿性导致硝铵的结块进而影响爆破性能的现象,本文从改变其表面结构、提高憎水性入手,提出了多种新型的改性剂。通过对五种不同的复合改性剂对硝铵的吸湿性、溶出率、流散性的研究发现,新型A型改性剂相对于常用改性剂来说,它能使硝铵长期保持松散状态,并且使硝铵更易粉碎。粉碎后的硝铵具有良好的憎水性、防结块性和流散性,并且具有良好的储存稳定性。因此它是一种创新型的硝铵改性剂,适用前景范围广。

Hygroscopicity of ammonium nitrate leads to agglomerate of ammonium nitrate, influencing the properties of blas-ting phenomenon.This article, from the perspective of changing the surface structure and improving the hydrophobic, puts forward a new modifier.Based on five different composite modifier on the hygroscopicity of ammonium nitrate, dissolution rate and viscosity of the study found thatr compared with common modifier, the new type of modifier can make the ammoni-um nitrate to remain loose for a long period, and make the ammonium nitrate more likely to be shattered.After crushing am-monium nitrate with good hydrophobic, anti-caking property and viscosity, it has good storage stability.So it is a kind of in-novative ammonium nitrate modifier, with wide application scope.
