采用烧结制备SiC陶瓷。研究在不同β-SiC含量,对SiC陶瓷性能的影响。实验结果表明:添加β-SiC的SiC陶瓷性能比未添加β-SiC的SiC陶瓷烧结体性能好,因为β-SiC能促进SiC陶瓷烧结致密化。随着β-SiC的添加量的增加,SiC陶瓷的体积密度、硬度、致密度都先增大后减小,实验确定SiC陶瓷中添加10%β-SiC时,SiC陶瓷的体积密度、硬度、致密度最大。

SiC composites ceramics were fabricated through sintering usingβ-SiC andα-SiC.The influences of the content ofβ-SiC on mechanical properties of the composite ceramics were studied through determining volume density, hardness, density.The results indicate that the volume density, hardness,density of the composite ceramics are enhanced firstly and then decreased with increase ofβ-SiCcontent.and reach the maximum value respectively with SiC content of 10wt%.
