目的::探讨生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎( SAP)大鼠的作用及其机制。方法:建立SAP模型大鼠30只,随机分为:模型组、低剂量生长抑素组和高剂量生长抑素组,每组各10只。另外选择10只正常大鼠设为对照组。低剂量生长抑素组大鼠皮下注射生长抑素0.3μg/kg;高剂量生长抑素组大鼠皮下注射生长抑素1μg/kg。检测比较各组大鼠血清淀粉酶,胰湿/干比率及MDA、GSH-Px和SOD。结果:模型组大鼠血清淀粉酶活性、胰组织湿/干重比值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);生长抑素各剂量组大鼠血清淀粉酶活性、胰组织湿/干重比值及MDA含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05);生长抑素各剂量组大鼠的SOD及GSH-Px水平显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素对于重症急性胰腺炎大鼠有治疗作用,其机制之一可能与其能提高抗氧化作用有关。

목적::탐토생장억소치료중증급성이선염( SAP)대서적작용급기궤제。방법:건립SAP모형대서30지,수궤분위:모형조、저제량생장억소조화고제량생장억소조,매조각10지。령외선택10지정상대서설위대조조。저제량생장억소조대서피하주사생장억소0.3μg/kg;고제량생장억소조대서피하주사생장억소1μg/kg。검측비교각조대서혈청정분매,이습/간비솔급MDA、GSH-Px화SOD。결과:모형조대서혈청정분매활성、이조직습/간중비치균현저고우대조조(P<0.05);생장억소각제량조대서혈청정분매활성、이조직습/간중비치급MDA함량균현저저우모형조(P<0.05);생장억소각제량조대서적SOD급GSH-Px수평현저고우모형조(P<0.05)。결론:생장억소대우중증급성이선염대서유치료작용,기궤제지일가능여기능제고항양화작용유관。
Objective:To study effects and action mechanism of somatostatin on rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods:30 SAP rat models were established in this study and randomly divided into model group ( n=10 ) , low-dose somatostatin group (subcutaneous injection of somatostatin of 0. 3μg/kg ) and high-dose somatostatin group (subcutaneous injection of somatostatin of 1μg/kg) . Another 10 normal rats were set as control group. The serum amylase, ( pancreatic wet weight)/( pancreatic dry weight) , MDA, GSH-Px and SOD of these groups were detected and compared. Results: The ( Pancreatic wet weight )/( pancreatic dry weight) and amylase activity were significantly higher in SAP model group than control group (P<0. 05). The (Pancreatic wet weight)/ ( pancreatic dry weight) , amylase activity and MDA level were significantly lower in the groups ( injection of somatostatin) than SAP model group (P<0. 05). The levels of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly higher in the groups (injection of somatostatin) than SAP model group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:There is a therapeutic effect of somatostatin on the rats with severe acute pancreati-tis, which may due to reducing oxidative damage and improving antioxidant capacity.
