本文对酒钢5．5 m捣固焦炉捣固机系统进行了详细阐述，针对捣固机在运行过程中存在的问题从捣固机控制方面分析原因，提出对应优化措施，解决了捣固系统存在的问题，降低了捣固系统设备故障率，保证了焦炉生产稳定运行。

In this paper, the Jiuquan Steel's 5.5m coke oven tamping machine system was reviewed in detail.In view of problems in the tamping machine in the operation process of the tamping machine, reason from aspect of controlwas ana-lyzed, and the corresponding optimization measures to solve the problems of tamping system were put forward to reduce the failure rate of tamping equipment and to ensure stable operation of coke production.
