本文通过分析浓密机工作原理及运行机制,总结限制浓密机工作效率的几个因素,优化浓密机自动化控制系统,现实浓密机加药泵远程变频控制及泥线数据库的建立,提高了浓密机工作的效率。在选矿生产中,能够得到比较纯净的溢流水,减小水的流失,同时提高底流浓度,降低动力消耗,增加经济效益。

The working principle and the operating mechanism of the thickener are analyzed, several factors limiting thick-ener efficiency were summarized.optimization thickener automation control system, densely reality machine pump dosing frequency remote control and the mud line database establishment and improve the thickener work efficiency.In mineral pro-cessing production can be obtained in comparison with pure overflow water, reduce water loss and improve the underflow concentration, lower power consumption, increase economic benefits.
