目的:探讨姜黄素在小鼠体内抗氧化能力和血脂代谢中的作用。方法高脂饮食诱导基因敲除的apoE-/-小鼠8周之后,用不同剂量(50、100、200 mg/kg 体质量)的姜黄素连续灌胃4周、8周或12周。获取血清和肝脏并分别检测各种抗氧化指标和各项血脂含量。结果血清和肝脏的SOD和CAT的活性、MDA含量的变化均随剂量的升高而表现得更加明显;各项血脂指标降低,也表现出剂量的依赖性。其中在中剂量时SOD和CAT的活性的升高、MDA含量的下降均能达到显著差异(P<0.05),而各项血脂指标包括总胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇只有在高剂量时才表现出显著下降(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素对于高脂诱导的动脉粥样硬化小鼠具有抗氧化,降低血脂的作用。

목적:탐토강황소재소서체내항양화능력화혈지대사중적작용。방법고지음식유도기인고제적apoE-/-소서8주지후,용불동제량(50、100、200 mg/kg 체질량)적강황소련속관위4주、8주혹12주。획취혈청화간장병분별검측각충항양화지표화각항혈지함량。결과혈청화간장적SOD화CAT적활성、MDA함량적변화균수제량적승고이표현득경가명현;각항혈지지표강저,야표현출제량적의뢰성。기중재중제량시SOD화CAT적활성적승고、MDA함량적하강균능체도현저차이(P<0.05),이각항혈지지표포괄총담고순、감유삼지화저밀도지단백담고순지유재고제량시재표현출현저하강(P<0.05)。결론강황소대우고지유도적동맥죽양경화소서구유항양화,강저혈지적작용。
Objective To determine the effects of curcumin on anti‐oxidation and serum lipid in apoE-/- mice . Method ApoE-/- mice were fed a high‐fat diet for 8 weeks and treated with various dosage (low ,median ,high:50 , 100 ,200 mg/kg body weight/day) for additional 4 ,8 or 12 weeks .The serum and livers were obtained and the SOD ,CAT ,MDA and serum lipid levels were detected .Result The changes in SOD ,CAT and MDA both in serum and livers were dependent on the increase of curcumin dosage .The serum lipid level including total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG)and low density lipoprotein‐cholesterol (LDL‐C) also showed the same tendency .The in‐creasing of SOD and CAT activities and decrease of MDA that there were statistical significantly differences com‐pared with untreated control group at median dose (P<0 .05) ,while the level of TC ,TG and LDL‐C were signifi‐cantly decreased only when treated with high doge (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Curcumin has a function of anti‐oxidation and lowing serum lipid in the atherosclerosis mode apoE-/- mice induced by high fat diet .
