目的：探讨舒适护理在卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）患者中的应用方法及效果。方法：将199例 OHSS 患者随机分为观察组103例和对照组93例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础实施舒适护理，比较两组患者住院时间和护理满意率。结果：观察组护理满意率为96.12%，对照组护理满意率为85.42%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；观察组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。结论：对 OHSS 患者实施舒适护理可有效提高患者满意率，缓解患者心理压力，促进患者恢复。
목적：탐토서괄호리재란소과도자격종합정（OHSS）환자중적응용방법급효과。방법：장199례 OHSS 환자수궤분위관찰조103례화대조조93례，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조재차기출실시서괄호리，비교량조환자주원시간화호리만의솔。결과：관찰조호리만의솔위96.12%，대조조호리만의솔위85.42%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；관찰조환자평균주원시간명현단우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。결론：대 OHSS 환자실시서괄호리가유효제고환자만의솔，완해환자심리압력，촉진환자회복。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of patients with ovarian hyper -stimulation syndrome(OHSS). Methods:199 patients with OHSS were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 103)and the con-trol group(n = 93). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received com-fort nursing. The hospitalization time and satisfaction rate of nursing service was compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96. 12% in the observation group and 85. 42% in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the average length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The comfort nursing applied to OHSS patients can ef-fectively improve patient satisfaction,ease their psychological pressure and promote the recovery of the patients.
