目的：观察针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘的临床疗效。方法：选择符合帕金森病便秘的患者78例分为两组。观察组（39例）给予针灸及中药结合治疗，对照组（39例）给予莫沙必利片治疗，疗程为2周。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果：临床有效率观察组94.87％，对照组46.15％，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘疗效显著，且无毒副作用，值得临床应用。

목적：관찰침약결합치료파금삼병편비적림상료효。방법：선택부합파금삼병편비적환자78례분위량조。관찰조（39례）급여침구급중약결합치료，대조조（39례）급여막사필리편치료，료정위2주。관찰량조림상료효급불량반응。결과：림상유효솔관찰조94.87％，대조조46.15％，량조차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：침약결합치료파금삼병편비료효현저，차무독부작용，치득림상응용。
Objective Observation of the clinical curative effects of combination of acupuncture with medicine in treating constipa-tion of Parkinson's Disease.Methods 78 cases with constipation of PD were chosen and were randomly divided into the observation group (39 cases)treated with acupuncture -medicine therapy,and the control group (39 cases)orally given mosapride,three times a day while both last 2 weeks.Then the therapeutic effects and side effects in the 2 groups were observed.Results The observation group showed 94.87% of effective rate and the control group showed 46.15% (P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture -medicine ther-apy on constipation of PD has excellent therapeutic effects without any side effects.
