知识转移模式是保证企业跨产业知识转移并实现产业转型成功的关键。以跨产业转型企业的产业特征为研究对象，基于原产业生命周期、新产业生命周期和产业知识特征建立知识转移模式选择关系模型，同时利用BP神经网络构建跨产业转型企业知识转移模式选择仿真模型，并对样本企业进行仿真训练、测试及验证。研究结果表明：仿真模型具有良好的信度、效度以及泛化能力，可为跨产业转型企业根据产业特征选择知识转移模式提供借鉴。

Selecting know ledge transfer mode is the key to achieve enterprises'industry know ledge transfer and industry transformation successfully .This paper regards the industry characteristics of industry transformed enterprises as the re‐search object ,based on the original industry lifecycle ,new industry lifecycle and industry knowledge characteristics ,the re‐lationship model of knowledge transfer mode selection is built ,and the simulation model of knowledge transfer mode selec‐tion of industry transformed enterprise is established by applying the BP neural network .Through the simulation training , test and verification of the sample enterprises ,the results show that the simulation model has good reliability ,validity and high generalization ability ,and can provide some references for industry transformed enterprises to select reasonable know ledge transfer mode according to the industry characteristics .
