目的：探讨个性化护理在减轻急诊手术患者应激反应中的应用效果。方法将100例急诊患者以个性化护理为分界点分为观察组60例和对照组40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用个性化护理，比较2组的手术效率、应激状态。结果观察组的手术物品准备时间、手术进行时间短于对照组，术前访视率高于对照组，麻醉前的 SAI、TAI评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组麻醉前的血压、心率均低于对照组，术中紧张程度轻于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论个性化护理可提高急诊手术效率，满足急诊患者的身心需求，有效减轻应激反应。
목적：탐토개성화호리재감경급진수술환자응격반응중적응용효과。방법장100례급진환자이개성화호리위분계점분위관찰조60례화대조조40례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상채용개성화호리，비교2조적수술효솔、응격상태。결과관찰조적수술물품준비시간、수술진행시간단우대조조，술전방시솔고우대조조，마취전적 SAI、TAI평분균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。관찰조마취전적혈압、심솔균저우대조조，술중긴장정도경우대조조，호리만의도고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론개성화호리가제고급진수술효솔，만족급진환자적신심수구，유효감경응격반응。
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effect of individuation nursing on reducing stress re-sponse of patients with emergency surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with emergency surgery were divided into observation group (n =60)and control group (n =40)according to the implementation of individuation nursing.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given individuation nursing on the basis of the control group.Operation efficiency and the stress state were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the preparation time and operation time were shorter than the control group,preoperative visit rate was higher than the control group,and the SAI and TAI scores before anesthesia were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).In the observation group,blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia were lower than those in the control group,the intra-operative ten-sion was less than the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individuation nursing can improve the efficiency of emergency operation, fulfill the physical and mental needs of patients and effectively reduce the stress response.
