目的:探讨协同护理模式对老年高血压患者自我护理能力及生活质量的改善作用。方法126例老年高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者在对照组的基础上采用协同护理模式。3个月后,比较2组患者自我护理能力及生活质量的改善效果。结果实验组患者干预后自我护理能力总分、自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分与对照组比较有显著差异(P <0.05);实验组患者干预后生活质量总分、生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、环境功能评分与对照组比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论协同护理模式能改善老年高血压患者自我护理能力,提高患者的生活质量。

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the role of cooperative nursing mode in improving self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 126 el-derly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimen-tal group was treated with cooperative nursing on the basis of control group.After 3 months,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Scores of self nurs-ing ability,self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care and health knowledge in the experimen-tal group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Scores of quality of life,physiological function,psychological function,social function and environmental function were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing mode can improve the self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with hyperten-sion.
