目的:制定和评估针对超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术的护理标准化流程。方法将290例行乳腺微创手术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和标准化组各145例。对照组采用常规方法配合手术及护理;标准化组在常规方法的基础上,从多方面进行改进,规范乳腺微创旋切术的护理标准化流程。结果标准化组的手术满意度、医生满意度、护士满意度均高于对照组;比较2组术后血肿的发生率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。标准化组的术后血肿发生率明显低于对照组。讨论通过规范乳腺微创旋切术的护理标准化流程,有效降低出血、术后血肿和皮下淤斑的发生率,改善了乳腺微创旋切术的安全性,减轻了患者痛苦,提高了患者的满意度。

ABSTRACT:Objective To evaluate the standardized nursing process for ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery.Methods A total of 290 ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and standardized group.145 pa-tients received traditional nursing process in the control group.Another 145 patients received stan-dardized nursing process for ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery beyond traditional nursing process in standardized group.Results The experimental group’s operation satisfaction, doctor and nurse satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative hematoma in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Standardizing nursing processes of minimally invasive breast surgery can reduce the incidence of bleeding,hematoma and ecchymosis,improve the surgery security,alleviate suffering of patients,and raise patients’satisfaction.
