目的：探讨优质护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法收集50例行甲状腺手术患者按是否愿意接受优质护理分为2组，各25例。对照组患者围术期实施常规护理，实验组患者加施优质护理，比较2组患者的心理情况、并发症、复发与满意度评价等。结果实验组患者治疗与护理后 SAS 与 SDS 评分与治疗前组内比较后显著性下降，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；2组患者治疗与护理后 SAS 与 SDS 评分组间比较存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实验组患者创口感染与出血与呼吸困难发生率明显低于对照组，存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实验组患者护理满意度评价显著性优于对照组，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论优质护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著，具有深远的意义。
목적：탐토우질호리모식재갑상선수술환자위술기호리중적응용효과。방법수집50례행갑상선수술환자안시부원의접수우질호리분위2조，각25례。대조조환자위술기실시상규호리，실험조환자가시우질호리，비교2조환자적심리정황、병발증、복발여만의도평개등。결과실험조환자치료여호리후 SAS 여 SDS 평분여치료전조내비교후현저성하강，존재현저성차이，구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；2조환자치료여호리후 SAS 여 SDS 평분조간비교존재현저성차이，구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；실험조환자창구감염여출혈여호흡곤난발생솔명현저우대조조，존재명현차이，구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；실험조환자호리만의도평개현저성우우대조조，존재현저성차이，구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론우질호리모식재갑상선수술환자위술기호리중적응용효과현저，구유심원적의의。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate application effect of quality care model in periopera-tive nursing in thyroid surgery patients.Methods A total of 50 cases with thyroid surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups with 25 people per group according to the willingness to re-ceive quality care.Control group implemented routine perioperative care while the experimental group applied quality care.Psychological situation,complications,relapse and satisfaction evalua-tion were evaluated.Results The SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly in the experimental group after comparison after treatment,there was significant difference (P <0.01);After treat-ment and care,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups was significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01);Wound infection,bleeding and breathing difficulties in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,there was statistically significant dif-ference (P <0.05);Patient care satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,there was a significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion The ef-fect of quality care model in thyroid surgery in perioperative nursing is remarkable,and it is far-reaching significance.
