目的：探讨健康教育对弱视患儿综合治疗依从性及效果的影响。方法选择100例弱视患儿按照入院时间先后顺序均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的治疗与护理措施，观察组患者在常规治疗护理的基础上接受系统化健康教育。比较2组患者的综合治疗依从性以及疗效。结果观察组患者的依从性（遮盖、用眼习惯、戴镜、训练、认知）均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者的总有效率为89．74％，对照组患者治疗总有效率为74．24％，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论健康教育能够提升弱视患儿的综合治疗依从性以及治疗效果，值得临床推广。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the influence of health education on compliance of com-prehensive treatment and efficacy in children with amblyopia.Methods A total of 100 amblyopia children were averagely divided into control group and observation group according to hospital ad-mission time.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing measures, while the observation group was treated with systematic health education.Compliance of compre-hensive treatment and efficacy were compared between two groups.Results Compliance of pa-tients (covered eye habits,wearing glasses,training,cognitive)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%,which was significantly higher than 74.24% of the control group (u =3.0470,P =0.0023).Conclusion Health education can improve therapeutic compliance and efficacy in chil-dren with amblyopia,so it is worthy of popularization in clinic.
