目的:探讨普洱熟茶提取物茶褐素对2型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用及其机制。方法:高脂饮食加低剂量链脲菌素建立小鼠2型糖尿病模型,连续灌胃给予0.25、0.5、1.0g/kg/d 茶褐素6周,实验结束后检测空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇,取肝脏测肝糖原含量。结果:普洱熟茶茶褐素与模型组比较:空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇显著降低,肝糖原显著升高。结论:普洱熟茶提取物茶褐素可有效降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平及改善其糖、脂代谢,作用机制可能与增加胰岛素敏感性有关。

목적:탐토보이숙다제취물다갈소대2형당뇨병소서적강혈당작용급기궤제。방법:고지음식가저제량련뇨균소건립소서2형당뇨병모형,련속관위급여0.25、0.5、1.0g/kg/d 다갈소6주,실험결속후검측공복혈당、이도소、감유삼지、총담고순,취간장측간당원함량。결과:보이숙다다갈소여모형조비교:공복혈당、이도소、감유삼지、총담고순현저강저,간당원현저승고。결론:보이숙다제취물다갈소가유효강저2형당뇨병소서적혈당수평급개선기당、지대사,작용궤제가능여증가이도소민감성유관。
(1.School of Pharmaceutical Science &Yunnan Key Laboratory of Pharmacology for Natural Products,Kunming Medical University,Kunming, 650500,China 2.College of Longrun Pu -erh Tea,Yunnan Agricultural University,Kunming,650201,China) Objective:To ex-plore the hypoglycemic effects and mechanisms of theabrownins from fermented Puer tea in mice of Type 2 diabetes.Methods:To de-velop a mice model of type 2 diabetes mellitus by high fat diet with low dose streptozotocin.At the experimental endpoint,the fasting serum glucose,insulin,triglyceride,total cholesterol and liver glycogen levels were measured.Results:The comparison among the-abrownins of fermented Puer tea groups and model group revealed that:Levels of the fasting serum glucose,insulin,triglyceride and total cholesterol were decreased and liver glycogen levels increased significantly in theabrownins groups.Conclusion:fermented Puer tea extracts -theabrownins can be used as treatment for the mice model of type 2 diabetes mellitus .Theabrownins can improved glu-cose and lipid metabolism,and this effect may be associated with increasing insulin sensitivity.
