目的：：观察弥漫性大B细胞型淋巴瘤( DLBCL)的临床病理特征。方法：收集23例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者，进行组织形态学观察和免疫表型测定。结果：中心母细胞淋巴瘤占78.26％(18/23)，免疫母细胞淋巴瘤占4.35％(1/23)，间变性大细胞淋巴瘤占8.70％(2/23)，富于T细胞的B细胞淋巴瘤占8.70％(2/23)。形态学上瘤组织表现为淋巴结结构破坏，肿瘤细胞呈片状或结节状生长，瘤细胞弥漫排列，染色质粗颗粒状；CD-20肿瘤细胞均呈阳性，均不表达CD-3和Cyclin Dl。结论：DLBCL属有异质性的一组淋巴瘤，掌握其病理特征对于正确诊断具有重要意义。

목적：：관찰미만성대B세포형림파류( DLBCL)적림상병리특정。방법：수집23례미만성대B세포림파류환자，진행조직형태학관찰화면역표형측정。결과：중심모세포림파류점78.26％(18/23)，면역모세포림파류점4.35％(1/23)，간변성대세포림파류점8.70％(2/23)，부우T세포적B세포림파류점8.70％(2/23)。형태학상류조직표현위림파결결구파배，종류세포정편상혹결절상생장，류세포미만배렬，염색질조과립상；CD-20종류세포균정양성，균불표체CD-3화Cyclin Dl。결론：DLBCL속유이질성적일조림파류，장악기병리특정대우정학진단구유중요의의。
Objective:To analyze clinical pathological characteristics of diffuse large B cell lymphoma ( DLBCL) . Methods:Twenty-three DLBCL patients recruited were determined by histomorphological observation and immunohistochemical phenotype detec-tion. Results:Among the involved 23 patients, centroblastic lymphoma accounted for 78. 26% (18/23), immunoblastic lymphoma accounted for 4. 35% (1/23), anaplastic large cell lymphoma accounted for 8. 70% (2/23), and T cell-rich B cell lymphoma ac-counted for 8. 70% (2/23). The morphology observation showed that lymph node structure in the tumor tissue was damaged, tumor cells grew in patchy or nodular shape, tumor cells were arranged in diffused manner, and chromatin was coarse granules. All 23 DL-BCL patients were positive for CD20. No CD3 and Cyclin Dl expression was found. Conclusions:DLBCL is a group of lymphoma with heterogeneity, and understanding the pathological characteristics is important for the correct diagnosis.
