目的：建立仁青芒觉胶囊中西红花的含量测定方法。方法：采用 HPLC 法，用光电二极管阵列检测器（DAD），流动相为甲醇－水（50∶50），流速1．0 ml ／min，检测波长440nm，柱温25℃，对西红花苷－Ⅰ、西红花苷－Ⅱ进行定量测定。结果：西红花苷－Ⅰ在0．0336～0．4987μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系，r ＝0．9999，加样回收率为97．43％，RSD ＝2．18％；西红花苷－Ⅱ在0．0129～0．1818μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r ＝0．9998，加样回收率为99．75％，RSD ＝1．53％结论：该方法操作简便、专属性、重现性好，可有效地控制仁青芒觉胶囊的质量。

목적：건립인청망각효낭중서홍화적함량측정방법。방법：채용 HPLC 법，용광전이겁관진렬검측기（DAD），류동상위갑순－수（50∶50），류속1．0 ml ／min，검측파장440nm，주온25℃，대서홍화감－Ⅰ、서홍화감－Ⅱ진행정량측정。결과：서홍화감－Ⅰ재0．0336～0．4987μg 범위내정량호적선성관계，r ＝0．9999，가양회수솔위97．43％，RSD ＝2．18％；서홍화감－Ⅱ재0．0129～0．1818μg범위내정량호적선성관계，r ＝0．9998，가양회수솔위99．75％，RSD ＝1．53％결론：해방법조작간편、전속성、중현성호，가유효지공제인청망각효낭적질량。
ObjectiveTo set up the quality standard of Renqing Mangjue capsules.MethodsThe content of crocin -Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ were determined by HPLC,which conducted with a DAD detector and the detection wavelength set at 440nm.The column was C18 (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol -water (50:55)and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1. The column temperature maintained at 25℃.ResultsHPLC determined that crocin -Ⅰwas in range from 0.0336 to 0.4987μg, which presented a good linear relationship (r =0.9999).The average recovery was 97.43%,RSD was 2.18%.HPLC determined that crocin -Ⅱwas in range from 0.0129 to 0.1818μg,which presented a good linear relationship (r =0.9998).The average re-covery was 99.75%,RSD was 1.53%.ConclusionThe method is simple in operation.The results are accurate,reliable and good in reproducibility.The method can effectively control the quality of Renqing Mangjue capsules.
