目的:探讨老年女性患者骨质疏松与冠心病的相关性。方法对410例行冠状动脉造影且临床资料完整的老年女性住院患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,所有入选对象均测定骨密度;根据骨密度检查结果分为骨质疏松组与非骨质疏松组,比较骨质疏松组与非骨质疏松组之间的冠心病发病率的差异,采用Logistic分析骨质疏松与冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组股骨近端(左侧)、腰椎1-4(Ll ~L4)、ward’s区BMD值均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);骨质疏松组的冠心病发病率高于非骨质疏松组,二者有显著性差异( P<0.01);经多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示骨质疏松与冠心病存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论骨质疏松可作为老年女性冠心病患者的独立预测指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary heart disease ( CHD) and osteoporosis in elderly women. Methods A total of 410 inpatients were included in the study.They were divided into CHD group and control group according to their coronary angiography.All the patients were divided into osteoporosis group and non-osteoporosis group according to bone mineral density ( BMD) measurement.The difference of the incidence of CHD between the two groups was compared.Relationship between osteoporosis and CHD was analyzed using multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis.Results BMD of the left femoral neck, the lumbar spine L1-4, and the Ward region in CHD group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01).The incidence of CHD in osteoporosis group was higher than that in non-osteoporosis group, and the difference was significant ( P<0.01).Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that osteoporosis was significantly correlated with CHD. Conclusion Osteoporosis is the independent predictor of CHD in elderly women.
