物联网交通领域应用标准体系涵盖交通运输多个应用领域,传统的标准体系结构框架难以清晰、合理地表达标准间的层次关系。在参照现有标准体系的基础上,首次提出了一种基于二维结构的物联网交通领域应用标准体系架构。首先,在明确标准体系定位及与其他标准体系关系的基础上,对物联网交通应用技术特点进行了分析,确定了满足物联网应用需求的标准体系的层次分类内容;其次,提出了二维的标准体系结构框架,即横轴以应用领域分类,纵轴对应作用功能分类,形成包括术语、数据元、标识、采集、传输、管理、信息安全等层次的标准体系框架,从而解决了传统标准体系框架中的多应用领域共性标准较多时造成的领域之间标准交叉、重叠时难以清晰合理表达的问题;最后,给出了标准体系表示例。

Since standard system of internet of things (IOT) adopted for transportation includes more fields, it is difficult to describe the hierarchy association between the standard system clearly in tradition?al framework. A two-dimension framework was proposed to describe the standard system based on exist?ing standard systems. Firstly, based on understanding the scope of the standard system and its relation with other standard systems, the application technology characteristics of IOT in transportation was ana?lyzed, the hierarchical classification content of the standard system meeting the needs of the internet of things was determined. Secondly, a two-dimension framework was suggested with application fields on horizontal axis and functions on the vertical axis. Framework of standard system was established includ?ing hierarchy as terminology, data element, identification, data collecting, communication, management and information security. The problem that the standard system was difficult to be expressed when there were overlaps among application fields in traditional framework of standard system was solved. Finally, the standard system was indicated in cases.
