目的:比较4种镍钛丝(Damon、3M、Tomy、IMD)排齐安氏Ⅰ类错牙合畸形后牙弓形态改变的差异。方法使用上颌Typdont模型模拟安氏Ⅰ类错牙合畸形,17-27粘接Damon Q自锁托槽,在热水浴条件下分别用Damon、Tomy、3M、IMD 4种镍钛丝模拟非拔牙矫治牙列排齐过程,测量矫正前后牙弓长度、宽度、弧形长度以及牙列排齐时间。结果0.014 in镍钛矫正圆丝中,牙弓宽度改变量:Damon最大,其余详见后述;前段牙弓长度改变量:四者无统计学差异(P>0.05);牙弓弧形长度改变量:IMD、Damon、3M>Tomy(P<0.05)(IMD、Damon、3M 间差异无统计学意义);排齐时间:Tomy>3M>Damon>IMD(P<0.05)。0.016 in镍钛矫正圆丝中,牙弓宽度改变量:Damon最大;前段牙弓长度改变量:IMD>Damon、Tomy、3M(P<0.05)(IMD、Damon、3M间差异无统计学意义);牙弓弧形长度改变量:四者差异无统计学意义;排齐时间:Damon、3M、T>IMD(P<0.05)(Damon、3M间差异无统计学意义)。结论在牙列排齐阶段,以上4种镍钛丝扩弓均以改变牙弓宽度为主,其中运用 Damon 镍钛丝扩大前磨牙宽度效果最好。IMD 镍钛丝明显增加了牙弓长度,前牙可能有一定程度的唇倾。另外,模型排齐时间与矫治力负相关,IMD矫治时间最短,矫治力可能过大;Tomy镍钛丝矫治时间最长,矫治力较为柔和。

ObjectiveTo compare the posterior dental arch morphology with four different kinds of nickel-titanium orthodontic wires (Damon, 3M, Tomy, IMD) in the treatment of classⅠ malocclusion.Methods Simulating classⅠ malocclusion with maxillary Typdont model. Pasting Damon Q self-ligating bracket with 17-27 and using four kinds of Ni-Ti orthodontic wires (Damon, 3M, Tomy, IMD) to simulate non-extraction treatment under hot-water. Alignment time was recorded, also the differences of arch width, arch length and arc length were measured before and after the treatment.ResultsAmong the 0.014 inch round wires tested, arch width changes most in Damon; the change of anterior dental arch: no statistically significant differences (P>0.05); the change of arc length of dental arch: IMD, Damon, 3M>Tomy (P<0.05), no statistically significant differences among IMD, 3M and Damon; alignment time: Tomy>3M>Damon>IMD (P<0.05). Among the 0.016 inch round wires tested, arch width changes most in Damon; the change of anterior dental arch: IMD>Damon, Tomy, 3M (P<0.05), no statistically significant differences between 3M, IMD and Damon (P>0.05); the change of arc length of dental arch: no statistically significant differences; alignment time: Damon, 3M, Tomy>IMD (P<0.05) (no statistically significant differences between 3M and Damon).ConclusionIn aligning period, all four kinds of Ni-Ti orthodontic wires mainly expand the width of dental arch. Using Damon Ni-Ti orthodontic wires has the best effect of expanding premolars width. IMD Ni-Ti orthodontic wires significantly enlarge the length of dental arch which can lead to anterior teeth lip deformity. In addition, there is a negative correlation between alignment time of Typdont and orthodontic forces. MD has the lowest time costing, that is to say its orthodontic force probably performs more. Tomy performs weakest alignment speed, meaning milder orthodontic force.
