目的:研究一种高效、高收率的独脚金内酯类似物 GR24的合成方法.方法:以苯甲醛和琥珀酸二甲酯为原料,经过7步反应,合成最终产物 GR24.结果:GR24总收率36.4%,每个单元反应收率60.8%~98%.产物及中间体,经1 H NMR、13 C NMR、ESI-MS 等表征确证.结论:该路线反应条件温和友好,而且绿色环保.
目的:研究一種高效、高收率的獨腳金內酯類似物 GR24的閤成方法.方法:以苯甲醛和琥珀痠二甲酯為原料,經過7步反應,閤成最終產物 GR24.結果:GR24總收率36.4%,每箇單元反應收率60.8%~98%.產物及中間體,經1 H NMR、13 C NMR、ESI-MS 等錶徵確證.結論:該路線反應條件溫和友好,而且綠色環保.

Aim:An efficient and high yielding preparation for the synthetic germination stimulant GR24 has been described in this paper.Methods:The GR24 was synthesized from benzaldehyde and succinic acid dimethyl ester in seven-step reactions.Results:The overall yield was 36.4%.The yield of each unit reaction was 60.8% ~98%.The structures of the intermediates and product were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and ESI-MS spectra.Conclusion:This route is mild and friendly reaction condition, and green environmental protection.
