针对忻州窑矿9#煤层与11#煤层的层间回风立眼因冲击矿压造成巷道炸帮严重,无法从上部封堵的问题,提出了反向封堵的方案。研究表明:反向封堵在9#煤层与11#煤层的层间回风立眼的下方施工反向钻孔,由下向上对回风立眼灌注粉煤灰,封堵9#~11#层回风立眼,解决了周期来压期间冲击危险性对通风巷道的影响。同时结合本煤层自然发火期为3~6个月,反向封堵可实现通风系统的快速封闭优化,有效防止了煤层自然发火,优化了该矿305盘区通风系统。

For the problem that we can not seal the return air outlet between 9#and 11#coal seam from the top, we study the reverse sealing technology.The reverse drilling is performed at the bottom of the return air outlet between 9# and 11#coal seam in order to pour fly ash into the return air outlet from bottom to top and seal it.Study have shown that reverse sealing technology solves the problem of the risk to ventilation roadway during periodic pressuring.At the same time, combined with the natural coal seam combustion period of 3-6 months, reverse sealing technoogy can op-timize the fast closing of the ventilation system, effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal seam and opti-mize the 305 panel ventilation system.
