以新一代运载火箭为研究对象,针对火箭捆绑两种不同能量指标、不同工作时间助推器的结构形式,基于模块化设计原理推导了火箭各级模块结构质量、齐奥尔科夫斯基数、平均比冲、过载以及速度的表达式,从而构成了优化的目标函数和完整的约束条件.针对现有优化算法的不足,采用多岛遗传算法+SQP法组合优化方法对新一代运载火箭进行质量优化,可有效减少火箭的起飞质量.该方法可为对于处于方案设计阶段的捆绑式运载火箭质量优化提供参考和依据.

The new generation launch vehicle had two kinds of boosters, which had different energy indexes and working time. In this paper, the modular structural mass, Tsiolkovsky index, average impulse, overload and velocity of every stage was calculated based on the modular design theory, so that the objective function and entire constrains will be formed. The hybrid optimization method composed of multi-island genetic algorithm and SQP was used to optimize the mass of the new generation launch vehicle which can reduce the lift-off mass effectively. The method could provide references for the mass optimization of the strap-on launch vehicle during the conceptual stage.
