中国新一代液体运载火箭低温动力系统普遍采用循环预冷技术,从而有效地实现节省推进剂预冷消耗量、简化火箭射前程序、增加预冷安全系数等功能.讨论循环预冷的基本原理和影响因素,建立基于AMESim的自然循环预冷仿真模型,对液体运载火箭低温动力系统自然循环预冷过程进行了研究,获得与文献试验数据较为一致的结论.

Circulation precooling method is commonly used in Chinese new generation launch vehicles for the purposes of saving precooling propellant, simplifying processes before launching, and enhancing the safety coefficient of precooling. This research focuses on mechanism of circulation precooling and the influence factors. A new simulation system of circulation precooling based on AMESim has been developed and the natural circulation precooling system of cryogenic launch vehicle is analyzed in details by applying this model. A good agreement is achieved between the simulation results and published experiment data.
