Reliability centered maintenance analysis (RCMA) is a general system engineering method to determine the preventive maintenance requirement and optimize maintenance design. The RCMA flow, content and method of transporter erector launcher(TEL) vehicle are presented based on the RCMA theory and methods, which is followed by the analysis of key factors of applying RCMA on TEL vehicle.
