目的:观察麝香保心丸对强负荷训练者心肌损伤和C反应蛋白的影响。方法选择某大学体育系2014年9月入学男性新生136名,年龄17~20(18.2±1.4)岁。使用随机数字表分为A、B两组,每组各68例。A组在接受训练前口服麝香保心丸,共两周;B组训练前不实施任何干预。然后按设计要求于晨起后空腹越野跑5 km,时间控制在25~30min。分别抽取静脉血比较两组训练前、训练后即刻和次日肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、脑钠肽(BNP)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果训练后即刻较训练前两组BNP、CRP升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组训练后次日较训练前血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI、BNP和CRP均升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与B组比较,A组训练后次日CK[(226.30±70.10)U/Lvs.(199.40±32.80)U/L]、CK-MB[(31.50±10.90)U/Lvs.(21.20±6.20)U/L]、cTnI [(0.104±0.033)μg/Lvs.(0.076±0.042)μg/L]、BNP[(102.44±42.36)μg/Lvs.(88.15±27.28)μg/L]和CRP[(6.13±2.76)μg/Lvs.(3.33±1.57)μg/L]均降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论训练前口服麝香保心丸能够减轻强负荷训练的心肌损伤。

목적:관찰사향보심환대강부하훈련자심기손상화C반응단백적영향。방법선택모대학체육계2014년9월입학남성신생136명,년령17~20(18.2±1.4)세。사용수궤수자표분위A、B량조,매조각68례。A조재접수훈련전구복사향보심환,공량주;B조훈련전불실시임하간예。연후안설계요구우신기후공복월야포5 km,시간공제재25~30min。분별추취정맥혈비교량조훈련전、훈련후즉각화차일기산격매(CK)、기산격매동공매(CK-MB)、심기기개단백I(cTnI)、뇌납태(BNP)화C반응단백(CRP)적변화。결과훈련후즉각교훈련전량조BNP、CRP승고,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。량조훈련후차일교훈련전혈청CK、CK-MB、cTnI、BNP화CRP균승고,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。여B조비교,A조훈련후차일CK[(226.30±70.10)U/Lvs.(199.40±32.80)U/L]、CK-MB[(31.50±10.90)U/Lvs.(21.20±6.20)U/L]、cTnI [(0.104±0.033)μg/Lvs.(0.076±0.042)μg/L]、BNP[(102.44±42.36)μg/Lvs.(88.15±27.28)μg/L]화CRP[(6.13±2.76)μg/Lvs.(3.33±1.57)μg/L]균강저,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。결론훈련전구복사향보심환능구감경강부하훈련적심기손상。
Objective To observe the influence of Shexiang Baoxin Wan on myocardial injury and C-reactive protein (CRP) in trainers with intensity load training.Methods Male freshmen (n=136 aged from 17 to 20, average age=18.2±1.4, and enrolled on Sept. 2014) were chosen from the Department of Physical Education of a university, and randomly divided into group A and group B (eachn=68). The group A was given orally Shexiang Baoxin Wan before training and group B was not given any intervention. All freshmen were arranged to have a cross-country race for 5 km from 25 min to 30 min after getting up in the morning. The changes of creatine kinase (CK), Creatine kinase MB (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were detected and compared in 2 groups before training, immediate after training and in the next day.Resutls The levels of BNP and CRP increased in 2 groups immediate after training (allP<0.05). The levels of serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI, BNP and CRP increased in 2 groups in the next day (allP<0.05). The levels of serum CK [(226.30± 70.10) U/Lvs. (199.40±32.80) U/L], CK-MB [(31.50±10.90) U/Lvs. (21.20±6.20) U/L], cTnI [(0.104±0.033) g/Lvs. (0.076±0.042) g/L], BNP [(102.44±42.36) g/Lvs. (88.15±27.28) g/L] and CRP [(6.13±2.76) g/Lvs. (3.33 ±1.57) g/L] decreased in group A compared with group B after training (allP<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Wan orally taken before training can relieve the myocardial injury due to intensity load training.
