高压气瓶在运载火箭上用于贮存气体介质,为推进剂贮箱增压、补压等,根据运载火箭使用工况,应用应力-强度模型或威布尔模型,对某钛合金球形气瓶装置的强度可靠性、压力循环寿命疲劳可靠性和随机振动疲劳的可靠性进行评估,为运载火箭压力容器的可靠性评估提供参考.
高壓氣瓶在運載火箭上用于貯存氣體介質,為推進劑貯箱增壓、補壓等,根據運載火箭使用工況,應用應力-彊度模型或威佈爾模型,對某鈦閤金毬形氣瓶裝置的彊度可靠性、壓力循環壽命疲勞可靠性和隨機振動疲勞的可靠性進行評估,為運載火箭壓力容器的可靠性評估提供參攷.

High pressure vessel is used to stock gas in launch vehicle, keep and fill the pressure of propulsion tank. In this paper, according to the work course of launch vehicle , the reliability of strength, pressure cycle life and random vibration fatigue life of a certain global vessel made of titanium alloy are evaluated with stress-strength model or Weibull model,as a reference of the reliability evaluation of launch vehicle vessel.
