Tin free steel%surface roughness%corrosion%behavior
镀铬板在食品包装领域有着广泛的应用.本文采用电子扫描电镜、粗糙度分析和原子力显微镜 ,研究了镀铬板表面腐蚀行为.结果表明 ,对于二次冷轧镀铬板 ,其表面的锈蚀缺陷主要为条状 ,且沿着轧制纹方向生长.镀铬板表面镀层结构对腐蚀行为有着重要影响 ,金属铬层表面腐蚀孔隙为粗大型 ,而氧化铬层表面腐蚀孔隙呈扁平状.根据粗糙度分析可知 ,镀铬板及其基板表面粗糙度值差别不大.但镀铬板表面轧制纹的峰值更为尖锐.结合原子力显微镜分析可知 ,镀铬晶粒主要生长在"凸出"轧制纹附近.在镀层厚度相同条件下 ,由于存在"毛细"现象 ,镀铬板表面孔隙主要产生于"凸起"的轧制纹处 ;而对于电火花磨辊方式轧制的冷轧钢基板形成的镀层不易产生孔隙.
鍍鉻闆在食品包裝領域有著廣汎的應用.本文採用電子掃描電鏡、粗糙度分析和原子力顯微鏡 ,研究瞭鍍鉻闆錶麵腐蝕行為.結果錶明 ,對于二次冷軋鍍鉻闆 ,其錶麵的鏽蝕缺陷主要為條狀 ,且沿著軋製紋方嚮生長.鍍鉻闆錶麵鍍層結構對腐蝕行為有著重要影響 ,金屬鉻層錶麵腐蝕孔隙為粗大型 ,而氧化鉻層錶麵腐蝕孔隙呈扁平狀.根據粗糙度分析可知 ,鍍鉻闆及其基闆錶麵粗糙度值差彆不大.但鍍鉻闆錶麵軋製紋的峰值更為尖銳.結閤原子力顯微鏡分析可知 ,鍍鉻晶粒主要生長在"凸齣"軋製紋附近.在鍍層厚度相同條件下 ,由于存在"毛細"現象 ,鍍鉻闆錶麵孔隙主要產生于"凸起"的軋製紋處 ;而對于電火花磨輥方式軋製的冷軋鋼基闆形成的鍍層不易產生孔隙.

Tin free steel is widely used in the field of food packaging . In this paper , the surface corrosion behavior of tin free steel is studied by using scanning electron microscopy , roughness analysis and atomic force microscopy . The results show that , for the double cold -rolled tin free steel , the surface corrosion defect is mainly the strip , and along the grow th direction of the rolling lines . Surface coating structure of tin free steel has an important influence on the corrosion behavior of tin free steel surface , corrosion pore of chromium layer surface are presented coarse scale , while the pore on chromium oxide layer surface is flat . According to the roughness analysis , surface roughness of tin free steel and substrate are found al-most same . But the rolling lines peaks for tin free steel surface show more sharp . Analysis of atomic force microscopy , chrome plated grain grow mainly in the "rolling lines near the bulge". For the coating thick-ness under the same conditions , rolling lines at the pore surface chrome plate mainly from "bulge", due to the existence of "capillary" phenomenon . As the cold rolled steel substrate by electrical spark grinding roller , the forming coating is not easy to produce pore .
