对不同严重程度故障下电机运行时仿真计算结果进行比较,提出一种可以有效诊断定子绕组匝间短路故障的方法,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立电机矢量控制仿真模型,施加6 N·m负载转矩,分别实现电机单匝、两匝、三匝短路. 最终通过仿真试验结果显示,即使定子绕组只发生单匝短路,该方法也可较为精确地诊断出短路故障.

By comparing the calculation results in different fault degrees, a piratical method was proposed, which could diagnose short circuit fault of the internal stator winding. In addition, build the simulation model of vector control system of PM motor in MATLAB/Simulink, applying 6 N · m load torque, realize single turn, two turns, three turn short circuit. The simulation results showed that the model could detect fault exactly, even a stator winding single turn short circuit.
