提出了基于希尔伯特黄变换的直流电机换向电流分析新方法. 首先,运用经验模态分解将直流电机空载起动时的电枢电流分解为系列固有模态函数( IMF). 然后组合不同的IMF分量可得到滤除噪声后的电枢电流、换向电流和直流成分. 最后对换向电流进行Hilbert谱分析,可获取换向电流的幅值/能量 时间频率的三维关系图. 相关仿真和试验结果表明了所提方法的正确性.

A new method of analyzing DC motor commutation current was presented based on HHT. Firstly, the shortcomings of the armature current signal DC motor no-load starting was decomposed into a series of intrinsic mode functions by EMD. Second, denoising of the armature current, commutation current and DC component were obtained based on a combination of intrinsic mode functions. Last, the Hilbert spectrum of commutation current was obtained by Hilbert Transform. Simulation and experimental results demonstrated the correctness of the method.
